Safety & Quality Policy

At Shree Sharanbasav Infra, quality is not an afterthought — it is built into every stage of our process. From material procurement and mix design to site execution and final inspection, we operate under a documented Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Material Quality: All incoming materials undergo incoming inspection and testing against relevant IS/IRC standards before being approved for use. We maintain test certificates from NABL-accredited laboratories for aggregates, bitumen, cement, and steel.

Execution Quality: Field quality control includes core cutting and density tests for bituminous layers, cube crushing tests for concrete works, CBR and compaction tests for subgrade, and dimensional checks at every stage. Non-conformances are documented and corrective actions tracked to closure.

Site Safety: All sites are governed by a Site Safety Plan prepared prior to mobilisation. Workers are provided with full PPE — helmets, safety shoes, hi-vis vests, gloves, and eye protection. Daily toolbox talks address specific hazards of each work activity. We maintain an accident-free record for the last six consecutive years.

Environmental Responsibility: We comply with pollution control requirements for construction sites, control fugitive dust through water spraying, manage construction waste for recycling, and ensure proper disposal of plant washings and fuel. Our asphalting operations use compliant emission controls on batch plants.
